Mr. Fedor has over 36 years of experience representing businesses and individuals before every type of Internal Revenue Service proceedings for clients across the globe. He specializes in administrative and/or court-related matters pending before the United States Tax Court, United States District Courts in several jurisdictions throughout the country, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals. He leads the 8-member firm with his expertise in civil and criminal tax and tax-related matters. Mr. Fedor's experience has provided him and his team with wisdom and experience to deal with the most complex tax-related issues, spanning from civil and criminal tax litigation matters, IRS audit and collection strategies, criminal tax defense, to all other tax-related controversy matters.
Mr. Fedor holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dayton. He earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and is a member of the American Bar Association, and its Tax Sub-Committee, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. He is a member in good standing of the bars of the State of Ohio, United States Tax Court, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and the Sixth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
