The staff of Robert J. Fedor, Esq., L.L.C. enjoy giving back to the community. Our very own, Benjamin Heidinger Esq., a 2012 graduate of Cleveland Marshal College of Law was a guest lecturer for Professor John Plecnik’s class on April 20, 2016.
Benjamin focuses his practice on tax litigation, litigation & appeals, and bankruptcy. His presentation to the class was based on the defense side of tax controversy work, tax procedures, penalties and crimes. The students heard how the staff at Fedor Tax use their knowledge of tax law, IRS and Department of Justice procedures, and effective litigation strategies to help people in all fifty states and overseas to solve their tax problems.
